LeagueRelay provides league management tools — schedules, rosters, messaging, registration, payments, and related features — free for league managers, supported by optional sponsor placements. The service is provided "as is", without warranty.
You must be 16 or older, provide accurate information, and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. League admins are responsible for the data they enter about their league, including obtaining any consent needed to list players.
No unlawful content or conduct, no harassment, no attempts to break or overload the service, no scraping other leagues' data, no impersonation. We may suspend accounts or leagues that violate these rules, and remove abandoned or abusive leagues.
Fee payments run through Stripe. Leagues that connect their own Stripe account are the merchant of record for their fees; refunds and disputes for those charges are between the league and its members. Platform sponsor arrangements are between sponsors and the platform operator.
Your league's data belongs to your league. See the Privacy Policy for how it is handled. We keep encrypted backups; export is available on request.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months (for free-tier leagues: zero). The service is not a substitute for your league's own record-keeping of legally significant documents.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
